Yavapai Food Bank, Inc. is a Qualifying Charitable Organization to receive donations that qualify for the Arizona Tax Credit defined as the Working Poor Tax Credit. To claim the credit, you must fill out Form 321 and file the form with your individual Arizona 140 tax return.
